Do I have to sign a contract committing to a certain number of sessions?
There is no contract requiring a minimum number of sessions. We recommend 2 - 3 weekly sessions for best results.
Do I need any equipment?
No we will bring all of the equipment with us.
My mobility is not very good. Is there any type of training you can do with me?
Yes! We can adapt exercises and activities to your situation and work toward your goals.
You are a physical therapist. Do you provide physical therapy services?
No we are not providing physical therapy services, only personal training. If you are currently receiving physical therapy or have recently finished physical therapy we can work to support what you gained through therapy.
Do you offer any type of discount if I purchase a bundle of sessions?
Yes you will receive a 10% discount for purchasing a bundle of 4 or more sessions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require notification of a cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours in advance.
How do you decide what exercises are right for me?
You will fill out a health history form prior to our first visit. We will perform an initial assessment to determine your current level of function and fitness and will discuss your goals. Using the above information and our expertise, we will create and individualized plan to work toward your goals.
What do I need to wear?
Supportive shoes and comfortable clothing.
