Lifelong Home Fitness offers personal training services. Physical therapy services are not avalible.

Our services have no commitment contract. Weekly sessions are recommended for maintenance. Twice weekly sessions are more effective in reaching goals.

All of our services are billed directly to our clients. No forms of insurance are accepted for our services.

We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App. We can not accept card payments.
